About the Opportunity:

The Outsource People (TOP) connects talented professionals in the Philippines with Australian companies building high-performing technology teams.

We're currently looking to connect with experienced IT Product Managers for remote opportunities with Australian SaaS companies, startups and digital businesses.

We're seeking professionals with proven experience delivering software products, working closely with engineering teams and leading Agile product delivery from discovery through launch.

What You May Be Working On:

Depending on the opportunity, you may:

  • Manage software products from discovery to delivery.
  • Own and prioritise product backlogs and roadmaps.
  • Write user stories and define acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
  • Work closely with Software Engineers, QA and Designers.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and product releases.
  • Drive continuous product improvements.
What We're Looking For We're looking for candidates with:
  • 3+ years of Product Management or Agile delivery experience.
  • Experience delivering SaaS, web or mobile applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum.
  • Experience managing backlogs, user stories and product roadmaps.
  • Experience working with cross-functional software teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong English communication and remote working experience.
Bonus Experience:
  • Experience with Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Figma or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Experience working with Australian, US, UK or international technology companies is highly regarded.
