Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Jira User / Specialist to work on a contractor basis. In this role, you will apply your expertise in issue tracking and workflow management to support the development of next-generation AI systems. Your work will directly contribute to improving how AI models learn, reason, and perform across critical domains such as finance, healthcare, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track tickets in Jira to ensure timely resolution and accurate documentation of issues.
  • Support agile teams operating under Scrum and Kanban frameworks by maintaining smooth workflows.
  • Configure Jira dashboards and reports to deliver clear, actionable data to stakeholders.
  • Perform basic workflow configuration to adapt Jira environments to evolving project requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and refine issue tracking processes.
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally to document processes and facilitate team alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience using Jira for issue tracking and ticket management in agile environments.
