Job Search Researcher — Find Visa-Sponsored Roles in Food/Cosmetics QA (Australia, EU, US)
Description:
I'm a quality/compliance professional located in Kingston Jamaica ,background in QA, formulation science, food and cosmetic manufacturing looking to relocate internationally. I need a researcher to find current job openings that fit my background and are open to sponsoring international candidates.
What I need:
Search for open roles in food and cosmetics industries (not pharmaceutical) across: Quality Assurance, Formulation Science, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management, Compliance/Auditing.
Seniority level: Specialist, Coordinator, Supervisor, or Team Lead roles positions.
Don't screen by title alone, a role titled "Quality Officer," "QA Executive," "Compliance Lead," "Regulatory Coordinator," etc. may still fit even if it doesn't say "Specialist" or "Supervisor" exactly. Read the job description and match on responsibilities/seniority, not just keyword in the title.
Target countries: Australia, EU (any member state), and New Zealand.
I want both:
In-person/hybrid roles — sponsorship is a hard requirement here. Only include if the posting states or clearly implies visa sponsorship (or is at a company with a known sponsorship history).
Remote roles , sponsorship isn't expected for these, so list any relevant remote role regardless of sponsorship.
Deliverable format:
A shared Google Sheet, updated weekly, with columns: Company | Role Title | Country/City | Remote or In-Person | Seniority Level | Sponsorship evidence (link/quote) | Salary (if listed) | Application link | Date posted | Deadline.
Cadence: Ongoing, weekly batches of ~15–25 qualifying roles. Not a one-time list — postings go stale fast, so I need someone checking regularly.
Ideal candidate:
Experience with visa-sponsorship or immigration-focused job research (not just general job-posting VA work).
Comfortable with LinkedIn Boolean search, Indeed/Glassdoor filters, and sponsorship-specific resources (e.g., MyVisaJobs, H1BGrader for the US).
Strong written English, detail-oriented, able to verify sponsorship claims and read past job titles to actual responsibilities/seniority — not just keyword-matching.
Hiring process: Before hiring for the ongoing role, I'll give a short paid trial task (e.g., find 5 qualifying roles in one target country within a few days). This is to confirm you understand sponsorship criteria and seniority/role matching, and can deliver accurate, verified results — not just generic listings. Long-term work follows a successful trial.
