Job Overview Our client, a leading publicity firm, is on the lookout for a talented Content Journalist (AI Writing Tools) to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will generate high-quality content that inspires, informs, and engages, including blog posts, news stories, articles, and press releases. Our client is seeking a professional who is fully committed to a dedicated full-time engagement, offering competitive compensation alongside lucrative incentives for hitting and exceeding performance targets. Schedule Monday - Friday, Flexible hours during Australian Eastern Time business hours (40 work hours per week) Responsibilities - Generate high-quality content that resonates with the client's target audience, including blog posts, news stories, articles, press releases, and more. - Organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each task is completed on time and meets high standards. - Communicate directly with clients, primarily through Zoom calls, for content discussions, feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction. - Conduct interviews and research topics, working closely with clients to ensure their message is conveyed effectively. - Utilize AI writing platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude to enhance content creation processes, ensure content originality, and streamline workflow efficiency. - Navigate cultural nuances and communicate effectively with international stakeholders. Requirements - Willingness to commit fully to a full-time role with no other competing work, study, or consultancy commitments. - Technologically adept, with proficiency in using AI writing tools to augment content creation, ensure accuracy, and maintain high quality. - Passion for writing and journalism, with a keen eye for detail and experience in crafting compelling news stories. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including comfort with conducting or participating in direct client Zoom calls. - Highly organized with strong multi-tasking abilities to ensure timely delivery of all content. - Proactive mindset with the initiative to understand and fulfill client needs to the highest standard. - Experience working with international clients and managing cross-cultural business environments effectively.
