Jr Business Analyst - Application

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science
  • Master’s degree or certification (e.g. PMI-PBA, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile/Scrum) is an advantage.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of insurance product structures, policy administration, claims, billing, and underwriting processes.
  • Proven experience in core insurance system implementation or migration (e.g., LifeAsia, Guidewire, TCS BaNCS, Oracle Insurance, or similar platforms).
  • Familiarity with business process modeling, workflow design, and system integration concepts.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to balance business priorities and technical constraints.
  • Proficiency in using JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Power BI, or equivalent tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) or Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner).
  • Hands-on experience in data analysis, API integration, or testing coordination.
  • Background in project management or change management within an insurance setup.
  • Experience working with cross-functional or regional teams.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
