Junior Data Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Accurately onboard clients into the company platform

Monitor assigned client accounts and optimize account performance through budget, bid, segmentation, and ROI improvements

Prepare and conduct regular client trend and performance reviews

Resolve technical, product, and account-related issues in a timely manner

Document all client interactions and account activities accurately in HubSpot

Recommend product improvements and appropriate solutions based on client needs

Collaborate with internal teams to improve client retention and overall account performance

Analyze account performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth

Proactively identify potential account risks and recommend solutions before issues arise

Support customer retention, revenue growth, and upsell initiatives Qualifications: Open to fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fields

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

Excellent customer service and account management skills

Strong verbal and written English communication skills

High attention to detail and ability to identify issues proactively

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after training

Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Experience with HubSpot is an advantage

SQL experience is a plus Technical Requirements: USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

Working Webcam

Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
