Junior Facebook Ads Specialist - STERRY Limited

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-time Join a dynamic growth marketing agency where precision meets creativity

At STERRY, we're not your average marketing agency—we're the rocket fuel behind crowdfunding and e-commerce success. Since day one, we've helped clients generate over $100 million in trackable online revenue through strategies rooted in measurable performance. About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Facebook Ads Specialist to join our media buying team to work across multiple international markets. This is a fast-paced, high-growth role for someone who is eager to learn, takes ownership seriously, communicates proactively, and doesn't need to be chased for updates. You will sit at the intersection of data, creative strategy, and campaign execution — supporting campaign performance across assigned markets, contributing to analysis that drives real decisions, and serving as a team connector between media buying, creative, and PR teams to keep everything moving without friction.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with campaign setup, A/B testing, and day-to-day execution in Meta Ads Manager under the guidance of the Senior Ads Specialist

Contribute to market-level performance analysis across assigned regions, learning to identify patterns and anomalies

Track creative performance, KOL ad rights timelines, and campaign scheduling with guidance

Learn to draft and deliver creative briefs based on performance data, translating findings into structured, actionable direction for the video editor and graphic designer

Conduct competitor audits across offer, creative, copy, and landing pages using the team's existing frameworks, becoming proficient with our suite of tools to maximize insights

Support coordination between media buying, creative, and PR/KOL teams on deliverable timelines and feedback loops

Raise questions and ideas proactively, seeking guidance when needed

Perform ad hoc tasks as needed, adapting quickly to shifting priorities

What We’re Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or related field is a plus—but what truly matters is your attitude and ability to grow. Eagerness to learn is just as valued as experience

1-2 years of hands-on Meta ad campaign experience preferred; strong drive to learn counts most

Analytical thinker who proactively spots anomalies and digs to understand the "why" behind the data

Concise, actionable communicator in both verbal and written form

Organized, attentive to detail, and developing robust project coordination skills

Collaborative team player who engages cross-functional partners to drive real results

Relentlessly curious and committed to skill development, both professionally and technically

Strategic, innovative problem-solver who leverages AI to enhance independent judgment

Why Join STERRY?

If you're ready to make an impact and grow your skills in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply!
