About Seek Marketing Partners

Seek Marketing Partners is a UK-based digital marketing agency built to help ambitious brands grow through clear strategy, strong creative, paid media, SEO, content, web design and data-led marketing.

SMP was created as the next stage of our agency journey. After years of building and running digital marketing teams, we launched Seek Marketing Partners to focus on joined-up marketing that is honest, commercial and built around results.

We are not the type of agency that hides behind jargon or makes marketing feel more complicated than it needs to be. We believe in clear communication, fast feedback, proper teamwork and campaigns that are measured against real outcomes.

Our team works across the UK and the Philippines, supporting clients in different sectors including eCommerce, lifestyle, food and drink, tech, B2B and service-led businesses.

About the Role

We are now growing our creative support within the Paid Media team and are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer based in the Philippines.

This is not a role where you will be left alone to “just make graphics”. You will be working under our Senior Graphic Design Lead within the Paid Media team, learning how to create visual assets that are not only good-looking, but also built to perform.

You will help create graphics, videos, ad variations and social media assets for platforms like TikTok, Meta, Facebook, Instagram and other digital channels.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to build a proper design career inside a marketing agency, learn from senior creatives and understand how design, data and advertising work together.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be supporting the Paid Media and Creative teams with day-to-day design work, including:
  • Designing static graphics for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Facebook, Instagram and other paid media platforms
  • Creating simple motion graphics, video edits and short-form social content
  • Producing organic social media assets such as reels, carousels, stories and highlight graphics
  • Resizing and adapting creative assets for different placements and platforms
  • Creating multiple design variations for A/B testing
  • Working from clear briefs provided by the Paid Media team and Senior Graphic Design Lead
  • Making changes based on feedback from senior team members, clients and campaign performance
  • Helping turn ideas into visuals that are clear, engaging and on-brand
  • Following brand guidelines across different clients and industries
  • Keeping an eye on current social media and ad design trends
  • Learning how creative performance is reviewed, tested and improved
What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone creative, reliable and keen to learn.

You do not need to know everything yet. What matters most is that you have a good eye for design, you can follow a brief, you are open to feedback and you want to improve quickly.

Must-Haves

  • A portfolio showing social media graphics, ad creatives or digital design work
  • Good working knowledge of tools such as Canva Pro, Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma
  • Basic understanding of social media design
  • Able to take feedback well and make changes quickly
  • Comfortable working remotely
  • Based in the Philippines
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Organised, reliable and able to meet deadlines
  • Willing to learn how design works within paid media and performance marketing
Bonus Points For
  • Experience using CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar motion/video tools
  • Experience designing for TikTok Ads, Meta Ads or other paid social platforms
  • Understanding of how creative testing works
  • Interest in branding, layout design or longer-form creative work
  • Experience working with marketing teams, media buyers or content writers
  • An eye for what makes people stop scrolling
What You’ll Get This role has been created to support the next stage of growth in our Paid Media team.

You will not be expected to lead from day one. You will work under a senior creative lead, receive guidance, get regular feedback and build your skills in a real agency environment.

You’ll get

  • A full-time remote role within a growing UK agency
  • Mentorship from a Senior Graphic Design Lead
  • Support from paid media specialists, content writers and account managers
  • Exposure to real client campaigns across different industries
  • A chance to learn how creative work connects to ad performance
  • Clear opportunity to grow into a stronger designer over time
  • A supportive team culture where ideas are welcomed
  • Regular feedback to help you improve
  • Work-from-home setup
  • Opportunity for pay raises and career progression
We are remote, but not disconnected. Our Philippines team is an important part of the business, and we are continuing to invest in growing the team properly. The Right Person The right person for this role will be someone who cares about the details.

You might be early in your career, but you already take pride in your work. You want to understand why one design works better than another. You are happy to test, learn, improve and keep pushing your creative skills forward.

You will be working in a fast-moving paid media environment, so you need to be comfortable with feedback and quick changes. Sometimes a design will need resizing. Sometimes a client will want changes. Sometimes performance data will show that we need to test a different style.

That is normal in this type of role.

We are looking for someone who sees that as a chance to grow, not something to be frustrated by.
