Lead QA Automation Software Tester (Remote) Savant Degrees Pte Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced team Lead QA Automation Software Tester to join our team. This is a remote role, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Manila City, Metro Manila, Philippines. We also have a collaborative, supportive team culture and are expanding our Philippines team Key responsibilities Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, robust automated test frameworks and test suites to ensure high-quality, reliable software delivery Define and drive comprehensive automation strategies aligned with business goals, technical architecture, and release timelines Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, product management, business analysts, DevOps) to establish effective test approaches and quality standards across projects Mentor and support junior QA engineers, promoting best practices in automation, code quality, and testing methodologies Continuously evaluate and optimize test automation processes, improving test coverage, execution efficiency, and CI/CD integration Conduct and contribute to code reviews for both production and test automation code, ensuring maintainability, scalability, and adherence to standards Analyse test results and quality metrics, generate detailed reports, and proactively partner with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex defects Champion quality across the development lifecycle by introducing innovative tools, frameworks, and industry best practices Contribute to test planning, risk assessment, and release readiness decisions to ensure high-confidence product deployments What we're looking for 8+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on test automation. Proficient in writing and maintaining automated tests using tools such as Selenium, Appium, or other relevant frameworks Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to think critically and identify innovative solutions Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment What we offer At Savant Degrees Pte Ltd, we value our employees and strive to create an environment where they can thrive.
