Learning Experience Designer (LXD) | eLearning Developer (Work from home)

We are looking for a Senior Learning Experience Designer (LXD) | eLearning Developer to join our team and lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality learning solutions within our Learning Management System (LMS).

What You'll Do

As our Learning Experience Designer, you will:
  • Design and develop engaging digital learning experiences aligned with business objectives and learner needs.
  • Analyze training requirements, audience profiles, and performance gaps to create effective learning strategies.
  • Create scalable learning journeys, curriculum frameworks, and microlearning content using adult learning principles.
  • Develop storyboards, interactive eLearning modules, videos, simulations, job aids, and knowledge base materials.
  • Package and publish SCORM-compliant learning content for deployment within the LMS.
  • Design intuitive, accessible, and engaging learner interfaces by applying UX/UI best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project success.
  • Manage course architecture, content libraries, learner access, and learning environments within the LMS.
  • Develop assessments, quizzes, practical exercises, and surveys to measure learner effectiveness and knowledge retention.
  • Evaluate learner feedback, usability data, and performance metrics to continuously improve learning programs.
  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements to ensure successful implementation.
  • Stay current with emerging learning technologies, instructional design methodologies, and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Multimedia, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Learning Experience Design, Instructional Design, or eLearning Development.
  • Hands-on experience developing SCORM-compliant eLearning content using Articulate 360.
  • Experience creating instructional videos, editing multimedia content, and developing learning scripts.
  • Experience administering or publishing content within a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital documentation platforms such as Document360.
  • Familiarity with ACORN LMS is an advantage.
  • Certifications in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Project Management, or related disciplines are a plus.
