As QT Academy grows toward becoming a Training Partner, you'll play a key role in developing world-class learning experiences while supporting branded learning portals for corporate clients. This reflects UpskillNowPH's focus on instructional design support, course publishing, and digital learning solutions.

What You'll Do

As part of the team, you'll help transform ideas into engaging online learning experiences.

Course Development

  • Help build online courses from presentations, documents, and videos.
  • Organize lessons into clear and engaging learning paths.
  • Write course descriptions and learning objectives.
  • Create quizzes, assignments, and learner activities.
Learning Experience Design
  • Design learner-friendly course experiences.
  • Suggest ways to make courses more interactive and engaging.
  • Improve course flow, navigation, and overall learner experience.
  • Research modern learning trends and best practices.
LMS & Course Publishing
  • Upload and organize courses in UpskillNowPH.
  • Configure lessons, quizzes, certificates, and learning resources.
  • Test courses before they go live.
  • Help maintain course quality and consistency.
Corporate Learning Projects
  • Help build branded learning pages for business clients.
  • Organize private corporate training courses.
  • Support client onboarding and course implementation.
  • Assist with learning platform setup and documentation.
AI & Innovation
  • Use AI tools to help create learning content.
  • Explore new technologies that improve online learning.
  • Recommend creative ideas to make learning more engaging.
