Legal Assistant (Remote)

📌 About the Client

Our Client Handles bankruptcy, real estate law, estate planning, and family law.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1.

Manage Best

Case data entry and bankruptcy case information.

2.Request and collect client documentation, including pay stubs, records, and vehicle valuations.

3.Organize documents, communicate with clients, and prepare cases for final review.

Software

Tools and Websites Required

1.Best Case — expert-level experience required.

2.Kelly Blue Book — experience for vehicle valuations.

Software

Tools and Websites Client Willing to Train:

1.Firm-specific workflows and processes.

2.Client communication procedures.

3.Estate planning, family law, and real estate work. Qualifications:

1 Minimum of 1-3 years Legal Assistant experience.

2.Background or experience working in a law firm or handling paralegal duties is highly preferred

3.. Bachelor’s degree or certificate in paralegal studies, business admin, or any related course (required)

  • Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Tech-savvy and experienced with cloud platforms, remote communication tools, and legal system VA English Communications:

Reading/Comprehension: High level | Quick Justification: Must accurately understand legal documents and client information.

Written: High quality | Quick Justification: Will email clients directly to request documentation.

Speak: Professional level | Accent Preferred: No specific preference; must represent the firm professionally.

Schedule: 6:00am - 10am PST

Target Start Date requirements: ASAP

Salary Package : PhP 30,000/month Please note:
