Remote | Part-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–10:00 PM U.S. Central Time

Pay: $5–$6 USD per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Position

We are looking for a creative, organized, and confident Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to support several growing U.S. home-service brands.

This position combines three key responsibilities:

  • Email marketing
  • Content writing
  • After-sales customer follow-up calls
You will help us stay connected with customers after their projects, create useful marketing content, request feedback and reviews, and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals. A pleasantly normal amount of responsibility, compressed into four hours because humanity remains ambitious.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create newsletters, promotional emails, follow-up campaigns, and automated email sequences
  • Write clear and engaging website content, social posts, customer messages, and marketing copy
  • Respond to customer emails and messages
  • Document calls, customer concerns, and follow-up needs in the CRM
  • Use ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI tools to research, draft, and improve content
  • Complete assigned tasks and follow-ups without repeated reminders
Required Qualifications
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Experience in email marketing, content writing, customer service, or customer retention
  • Confident and professional phone communication
  • Experience using AI tools for professional writing or marketing
  • Reliable availability from 6:00 PM–10:00 PM U.S. Central Time
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Stable internet, reliable computer, headset, and quiet workspace
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in construction, roofing, remodeling, restoration, solar, or home services
  • Experience with customer review, retention, referral, or reactivation campaigns
  • Experience supporting multiple brands or locations
Who Will Succeed in This Role? You will be a strong fit if you can:
  • Write engaging and professional content
  • Communicate naturally with customers
  • Use AI tools without blindly copying robotic output
  • Manage several responsibilities during one shift
  • Take ownership and follow through consistently
This is not only a customer service role and not only a writing role. You must be comfortable switching between email campaigns, content creation, and customer calls.

What We Offer

  • Fully remote work
  • Consistent part-time schedule
  • Hands-on work with AI, email marketing, content, and customer retention
  • Opportunity to grow based on performance and reliability
Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
