Role: Listing Specialist (Amazon)
Hours: 9am - 6pm Pacific Standard Time
USD Salary: $6 - $9 per hour | $960 - $1,400 per month

Lago is looking for a talented Listing Specialist to join our team and ensure quality, accuracy, and optimization across product catalogs on the Amazon platform.

Responsibilities

  • Through the use of company and department practices and procedures, ensure optimized product listings with accurate descriptions and images for assigned clients
  • Upload and maintain all product details on the Amazon platform, including descriptions, images, and specifications
  • Ensure all product listings are complete, accurate, and compliant
  • Proactively identify issues within the catalog, such as missing information or incorrect attributes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve listing issues promptly
  • Identify and propose strategies to minimize listing errors and maintain high listing quality
  • Generate regular reports on listing status, issues, and performance metrics
  • Provide insights and recommendations for catalog improvements and growth strategies
  • Stay updated with Amazon’s policies and guidelines to ensure compliance
  • Maintain or exceed department-established performance standards
  • Continue to learn and apply department Trainual subjects according to standards
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Up to one (1) year of listing experience within the Amazon platform or related role
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of managing, updating, and optimizing Amazon listings
  • Detail-oriented, ideally with professional experience in quality assurance, data entry, or compliance-focused roles
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel and Google Sheets)
  • Experience as an Amazon Seller is a plus
  • Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills
