Live Moderator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Live Moderator to support our live-selling operations. The successful candidate will monitor live sessions, engage with customers in real time, assist live hosts, and help create a smooth and interactive shopping experience across our e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor live-selling sessions on Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments in real time.

  • Assist live hosts by managing audience engagement during broadcasts.

  • Maintain a positive and professional live chat environment.

  • Coordinate with the live-selling team to ensure smooth operations.

  • Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.

  • Monitor live performance and provide feedback for improvement.

  • Support promotional campaigns and audience engagement activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field is preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiar with Facebook Live, TikTok Live, and other social media platforms.

  • Knowledge of OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) is an advantage.

  • Customer service experience is an advantage.

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
