If you like creating schedules and are a taskmaster, then this role is perfect for you.<br /> <br /> Outcomes and Accomplishments<br /> <br /> As a Subtitling Coordinator, you will:<br /> • Oversee the end-to-end production lifecycle of subtitling projects allotted.<br /> • Be accountable for on-time delivery strictly respecting project milestones, procedures, and client specification.<br /> • Liaise with the Order Managers on determining workflow and steps to be followed for all projects being assigned.<br /> • Create detailed Plan of Action and clearly communicate information about projects in the pipeline to external linguists/vendors and the internal stakeholders in different time zones.<br /> • Ensure all work in progress tasks are on track with updating trackers and running daily reports to denote accurate status of projects.<br /> • Resolve technical flags and pending queries from internal production departments and external stakeholders.<br /> • Update work trackers to ensure projects being assigned to users in a timely fashion and to denote accurate status of projects.<br /> • Proactively identify and resourcefully troubleshoot potential issues with projects in progress.<br /> • Perform a secondary sync check on the proxy and an asset check on scripts provided, before launching a project.<br /> • Be responsible for resolving all payments monthly.<br /> • Coordinate redeliveries and rejections, identify their causes, complete Corrective Action Reports where applicable, and propose solutions to meet KPI targets.<br /> • Remain flexible and put the needs of the client first, this may involve working outside shift hours to ensure deliveries are met.<br /> • Have excellent, transparent, and timely communication skills with great attention to detail.<br /> <br /> What you bring<br /> • BA or BS degree preferred.<br /> • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.<br /> • Fluency in another language is a plus.<br /> • 1-2 year-experience in Media/Localisation industry, but entry-level candidates will be considered.<br /> • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.<br /> • Team player with ability to multitask and work under pressure of deadlines.<br /> • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data base software.<br /> • This role follows a Tuesday to Saturday work schedule, with Sunday and Monday as regular days off.<br /> • Flexibility to work extended hours if needed to meet specific project deadlines.<br /> <br /> Equal Employment:<br /> <br /> Deluxe is committed to inclusivity, fostering an environment where every employee feels comfortable bringing their full selves to work.
