Logistics Dispatch & Customer Support Executive

We are hiring an experienced Remote Logistics Dispatch & Support Executive to support the daily delivery operations of a Singapore-based logistics technology company serving healthcare, retail, and enterprise customers.

This is not an entry-level administrative position. Candidates should have prior experience in logistics support, dispatch, courier operations, fleet coordination, customer service, or a similar operations-based role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily communications with drivers, recipients, customers, and internal operations teams through WhatsApp, phone calls, and company systems.
  • Provide drivers with clear delivery instructions, address clarifications, access details, recipient updates, and customer-specific SOP reminders.
  • Contact recipients to confirm their availability, delivery arrangements, access instructions, addresses, or special requests.
  • Monitor ongoing deliveries and respond promptly to operational issues.
  • Resolve common delivery problems
Required Experience Applicants must have prior experience in at least one of the following areas:
  • Logistics operations
  • Dispatch or fleet coordination
  • Courier or last-mile delivery operations
  • Delivery control tower or live operations support
  • E-commerce logistics
  • Call centre or customer service involving operational issue resolution
  • Driver coordination
  • Transport or delivery scheduling
Experience supporting healthcare logistics, medical deliveries, time-sensitive deliveries, or enterprise customers will be an advantage.

Candidate Requirements

  • At least two years of relevant working experience in logistics, dispatch, delivery operations, customer service, or a related role.
  • Experience communicating directly with drivers, riders, recipients, or customers.
  • Comfortable making and receiving phone calls as part of daily work.
  • Able to handle multiple live delivery cases and communication channels at the same time.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
Working Arrangement
  • Full-time, remote work-from-home position.
  • 40 hours a week, work timing to be confirmed but can start as early as 8am and end as late as 10pm.
  • Shift-based work may be required depending on operational needs.
  • Weekend and Singapore public holiday support may be required when rostered.
  • Candidates must be able to start work punctually and remain available throughout their scheduled shift.
Compensation
  • P40,000 per month
