š¹ Qualifications (US Healthcare Background Required):
ā At least 1 year of experience in a related field (required)
ā Durable Medical Equipment (DME) experience preferred
ā Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
ā Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
ā Ability to work during US business hours
ā Available to start immediately
š Key Responsibilities:
- Workflow & Coordination
- Regularly check workflows for new assignments and keep schedules updated.
- Patient Communications
- Confirm patient addresses, provide estimated delivery dates, and send tracking numbers via SMS.
- Call patients to schedule fittings, castings, impressions, or repairs.
- Handle inbound calls from assigned patients.
- Monitoring of Delivery
- Track shipments, confirm item deliveries, and follow up with patients for confirmation.
- Document Management
- Gather proof of delivery and upload it in the system and patient folders.
- Purchase Orders
- Create purchase orders using the provided template and upload to OneDrive once approved and signed.
- Invoice Management
- Monitor incoming mail for invoices and upload them to OneDrive.
- Inventory Management
- Maintain and update inventory records for DME supplies.
- Coordinate with suppliers for stock availability and replenishment.
- Ensure accurate tracking of issued, received, and returned items.
