Position: Designer<br>About the Company:<br />We are "Unicow", a fast growing startup. We are currently seeking a talented and creative designer to join our team. As a designer, you will work closely with various teams to create visually appealing and engaging designs for our brand.<br>Responsibilities:<br />- Create eye-catching designs for digital and print materials, including website graphics, banners, social media assets, brochures, logos, and other marketing collaterals.<br />- Collaborate with the marketing and content team to understand project requirements and objectives.<br />- Utilize a variety of design software to bring concepts to life, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence.<br />- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to deliver innovative and appropriate designs.<br />- Communicate design ideas and concepts to team members and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.<br />- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage your time efficiently to meet deadlines.<br>Requirements:<br />- Proven experience as a designer or in a related field.<br />- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills across different mediums.<br />- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.<br />- Familiarity with web design principles and user experience.<br />- Strong understanding of branding and ability to convey brand values through visual designs.<br />- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively present design concepts.<br />- Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.<br />- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.<br>If you are a creative, talented individual with a passion for design, we'd love to hear from you.
