Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Answer customer calls and address issues or concerns.
  • Provide accurate and complete information following call flows and processes.
  • Communicate appropriate options to provide timely resolution.
  • Document and log all customer interactions following quality standards.
  • Coordinate with higher-level support for out-of-scope concerns.

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

  • At least Senior High School Graduate (K-12) or College Undergrad.
  • Customer Service/Contact Center Training and Certification is an advantage but not required.
  • Fresh graduates or new to the BPO industry are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to engage in English conversations.
  • Active listening skills, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Ability to guide customer interactions per company and client service strategies and policies.
  • Capable of clearly and cohesively documenting relevant call details adhering to quality standards.
  • Able to follow call flows, directives, and processes.
  • Proficient in typing and keyboarding.
  • Basic computer and internet literacy.
  • Amenable to working 100% onsite and on graveyard and shifting schedules.
  • Proactive with a customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Complies with schedule adherence, quality compliance, teamwork, and communication policies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes.
