Job Location: Taiwan
Advanced Semiconductor Engineering Inc. (ASEKH) is seeking Machine Operators to support semiconductor and manufacturing operations in Taiwan. The successful candidates will operate assigned production equipment, follow manufacturing procedures, monitor product quality, and maintain a safe and efficient production environment.
MACHINE OPERATOR
Qualifications:

College graduate or 2-year vocational graduate is an advantage.
Candidates with at least 6 months of experience in semiconductor, electronics, or general factory work are highly encouraged to apply.
Previous experience as a machine operator or production worker is an advantage.
Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Good attention to detail and ability to follow production procedures.
Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive production tasks.
Responsible, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
Able to work effectively as part of a production team.

Responsibilities:

Operate assigned machines and production equipment according to established procedures.
Follow production instructions, work standards, and safety requirements.
Monitor machine operation and production processes.
Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet required quality standards.
Perform basic machine checks and report equipment abnormalities to supervisors.
Handle and process materials according to production requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
Follow company quality control and workplace safety procedures.
Complete production records and other required documentation.
Coordinate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
