Maintenance Supervisor | TP Silvercity

About the role

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join the Teleperformance team at TP McKinley in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position based on-site at our McKinley location. As Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency, safety, and optimal condition of our facilities. This position is essential to maintaining a productive work environment and supporting the overall business objectives of Teleperformance.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee daily maintenance operations and coordinate with maintenance team members to ensure all equipment, systems, and facilities are maintained to the highest standards

  • Conduct routine inspections of building infrastructure, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and HVAC equipment to identify and address maintenance issues promptly

  • Schedule and supervise preventive maintenance programmes to minimise equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan

  • Manage maintenance requests and work orders, prioritising tasks based on urgency and impact on operations

  • Respond to emergency maintenance issues and coordinate emergency repairs to ensure business continuity

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of all maintenance activities, equipment servicing, and repairs

  • Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the maintenance department

  • Train and mentor maintenance staff, providing guidance on best practices and safety procedures

  • Collaborate with external contractors and vendors to ensure quality workmanship and cost-effectiveness

  • Report maintenance performance metrics and budget expenditures to management on a regular basis


What we're looking for

  • 1 year of experience in a maintenance supervisor or senior maintenance technician role within a commercial or corporate facility environment

  • with HVAC experience only

  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility maintenance

  • Proven ability to manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians effectively

  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting expertise

  • Proficiency in maintenance management systems and computerised work order systems

  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to respond to emergency maintenance calls outside regular working hours if required

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels

  • Certification in building maintenance or a relevant trade qualification is preferred

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and maintenance best practices is essential

  • Budget management experience and cost control awareness would be advantageous
