Mandarin Instructor
The Mandarin Language Instructor is responsible for designing and delivering engaging Mandarin language training programs to corporate clients and individual learners through face-to-face and hybrid learning modalities. The instructor shall facilitate practical language acquisition by developing learners' speaking, listening, reading, and writing competencies while incorporating cultural awareness and workplace communication relevant to the clients' industries.
The instructor is expected to create an interactive learning environment, monitor learner progress, provide timely feedback, and ensure that training objectives are achieved in accordance with the company's quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery
- Conduct Mandarin language classes through face-to-face and hybrid learning platforms.
- Deliver lessons aligned with the approved curriculum, learning outcomes, and client requirements.
- Utilize learner-centered and interactive teaching methodologies.
- Adjust teaching strategies based on learners' proficiency levels and learning needs.
- Promote active participation and practical language application during sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentation materials, learning activities, and assessment tools.
- Customize training materials to meet client-specific objectives when necessary.
- Continuously improve training content based on learner feedback and industry trends.
- Conduct placement tests, quizzes, oral assessments, and final evaluations.
- Monitor attendance, participation, and learner performance.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to learners.
- Submit evaluation results and progress reports within the prescribed timeline.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and training documentation.
- Submit training reports, assessment results, and post-training recommendations.
- Coordinate with the Program admin regarding schedules, logistics, and learner concerns.
- Ensure proper utilization of training equipment and learning resources.
