We also have team members in two company-owned offices in China, as well as in Europe.<br> </p><p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p><p>PlanetArt is looking for a Marketplace Marketing Assistant as a contractor to support our paid retail media marketing team with day-to-day campaign creation and optimization tasks. This is an ideal role for someone early in their paid media career who wants hands-on exposure to retail channels PPC and a strong foundation in data-driven marketing.</p><p><em>This is a remote, work-from-home position.</em><br> </p><p><strong>What You’ll Do<br>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support daily campaign operations across multiple retail platforms like Amazon.</li><li>Support campaign creation and bid optimizations</li><li>QA campaigns, ads, tracking, and landing pages</li><li>Perform ongoing search term reviews and negative keyword scrubbing</li><li>Assist with keyword research and keyword optimization</li><li>Help manage ad assets and creative requests in partnership with the design team</li><li>Pull performance reports and help spot growth opportunities</li><li>Monitor campaign performance and flag anomalies or opportunities</li><li>Track KPIs such as ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and ACOS</li></ul><p><strong>What You Should Have<br>Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>1-year hands on experience with Amazon advertising.</li><li>Familiarity with ecommerce marketplaces and paid advertising</li><li>Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools</li><li>High attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Data analysis and reporting</li><li>Keyword research and search term analysis</li><li>Campaign setup and optimization</li><li>Time management and multitasking</li></ul><p><strong>What You Can Expect<br>Working Conditions</strong></p><ul><li>Position requires fully remote work scheduled from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM US Pacific Time</li><li>Position requires regular, continuous use of computers.</li><li>Position requires regular interaction with team members through the following methods: phone, Slack, Zoom or email.</li></ul><p><strong>Work From Home Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Reliable high-speed internet access</li><li>Noise-cancelling headset (if applicable)</li><li>Private, distraction-free environment (if applicable)</li></ul><p><strong>Pay Range</strong></p><ul><li>Pay Rate: <strong>Approximately </strong><em><strong>₱56,000 per month or ₱</strong></em><strong>323.07 per hour</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Perks</strong></p><ul><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Paid US Holidays</li></ul>
