What You'll Be Doing Deliver engaging and challenging Mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 if able) Use a variety of teaching approaches to support learners of differing abilities and learning styles. Track student achievement and implement strategies to maximise progress and attainment. Create a classroom culture where students feel motivated, supported and confident to succeed. Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and contribute to the continued success of the Mathematics department. Prepare students for examinations and help them develop strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Promote high standards of behaviour, effort and participation across all lessons. Contribute to the wider life of the school and support its commitment to student wellbeing and safeguarding. We're Looking For Someone Who Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. Has a degree in Mathematics or a related subject area. Demonstrates strong curriculum knowledge and a genuine passion for Mathematics. Can build positive relationships with students, staff and parents.
