Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Marketing and Digital Advertising VA to support our growing marketing department. This role involves managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, building and optimizing nurture campaigns, and contributing to a broader digital lead generation strategy. The ideal candidate brings hands-on media buying experience and a solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
  • Support the launch and management of YouTube and Connected TV (CTV) advertising campaigns
  • Build and maintain nurture campaigns within GoHighLevel
  • Monitor ad performance, analyze results, and recommend optimizations to improve lead quality and cost efficiency
  • Assist with basic SEO tasks to support organic visibility
  • Support website-related marketing tasks and keep ads and landing pages aligned
  • Generate and manage digital leads across multiple advertising channels
  • Report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and serve as a key support resource for marketing operations
  • Provide regular performance updates and campaign insights to the marketing team
Mandatory Skills:
  • Proven experience managing Facebook/Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital lead generation strategies and funnel optimization
  • Hands-on experience with media buying across paid social and paid search channels
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and website management
  • Ability to read and interpret advertising analytics and translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with marketing leadership
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience running YouTube Ads or Connected TV (CTV) campaigns
  • Background in lead generation for service-based or home services industries
  • Experience building automated nurture sequences and drip campaigns
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement
  • Knowledge of A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects at once
