Role Description The Mental Health Clinician will provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to clients within MantraCare’s hybrid AI and expert-supported ecosystem. This part-time, remote role includes conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy via secure virtual channels. The clinician will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to case reviews, and coordinate care with other providers as appropriate.

Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, using digital tools to track progress and outcomes, and aligning care with organizational protocols and ethical standards. The role may involve supporting program development, refining care pathways, and offering clinical insights to improve MantraCare’s AI-driven services.

Qualifications

Clinical expertise in Psychology and Behavioral Health, with the ability to deliver evidence-based interventions across diverse populations.

Practice experience in Social Work and Case Management, including care coordination and resource linkage for individuals and families.

Competence in Family Therapy, with skills in working with couples, caregivers, and family systems when clinically appropriate.

Current licensure or certification (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Psychologist) in good standing, in relevant jurisdiction(s) of practice.

Experience providing remote or telehealth services, with strong comfort using digital platforms and electronic health records.

Strong communication, documentation, and risk assessment skills, including crisis intervention and safety planning.

Commitment to person-centered, culturally sensitive, and non-discriminatory care;

experience with diverse and global populations is an advantage.

Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.
