About this team The Community Steward for Ironworks will serve as a crucial member of the Game7 core team, focusing exclusively on building a vibrant and engaged community surrounding our upcoming game launch, Ironworks. The mission is to cultivate an inclusive and active ecosystem where players thrive, build meaningful connections and contribute to the overall success of Ironworks.</p> <p>Your Role</p> <ul> <li> <p>Collaborate closely with the team to build and customize the server infrastructure to accommodate anticipated user activity.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with the IW, community and marketing teams to grow the reddit in both engagement and size</p> </li> <li> <p>Regularly evaluate moderator performance and provide feedback to ensure alignment with Ironworks’s community standards.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with the Governance Steward to spearhead community-led initiatives specifically tailored to Ironworks.</p> </li> <li> <p>Organize and host regular town halls, AMA sessions, and other community events tailored to Ironworks.</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide valuable insights and feedback to contribute to Ironworks’s overall community roadmap.</p> </li> </ul> <p>Outcomes </p> <ul> <li> <p>Cultivate a thriving and engaged community surrounding Ironworks, marked by increased player participation, positive interactions, and sustained growth.</p> </li> <li> <p>Effective collaboration with different departments to address Ironworks community needs and implement successful solutions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Well-coordinated community events and initiatives led by the Ironworks team and community members, contributing to the overall vibrancy of the game’s community.</p> </li> </ul> <p>Your Craft</p> <ul> <li> <p>Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role in the gaming industry, preferably with experience in launching and managing communities for MMORPGs.</p> </li> <li> <p>In-depth knowledge and understanding of Discord and community management tools, with a focus on tailoring strategies for specific game communities.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively represent the Ironworks community internally and externally.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience managing and coordinating online events and initiatives, with a focus on engaging and retaining players.</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with MMORPGs and gaming ecosystems, with a passion for and understanding of the dynamics of online gaming communities.</p> </li> </ul> <p>Competencies</p> <ul> <li> <p>Community Building: Demonstrated ability to create and nurture a sense of belonging within a community, fostering positive interactions and inclusivity.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaboration: Proven experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, particularly with other community stakeholders.</p> </li> <li> <p>Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at conveying complex ideas to a diverse audience.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strategic Thinking: Ability to contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives for community growth within the web3 context</p> </li> </ul> <p>If you think you have valuable experience to bring to the organization, but don’t necessarily meet all of the criteria for the role, we still want to hear from you.
