As a Multilingual Customer Service Representative with 3M GBS, you’ll support global B2B customers and business partners across international markets. You’ll help customers navigate the Order-to-Cash journey, including customer inquiries, order support, delivery coordination, and issue resolution. What You’ll Experience in This Role As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll do more than respond to inquiries. You’ll help keep business moving by supporting customer requests, orders, deliveries, follow-ups, and issue resolution across the Order-to-Cash journey. You’ll work with global customers and collaborate with teams across Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, Customer Operations, and other business functions to deliver a better customer experience. What You’ll Do Support global B2B customers across inquiries, orders, deliveries, follow-ups, and issue resolution. Communicate with customers in your designated language and in English. Collaborate with global teams to improve service delivery and customer experience. Build experience across Order-to-Cash, supply chain, logistics, commercial operations, and shared services. What We’re Looking For Are fluent in at least one required language and proficient in English. Have at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Shared Services, or a related field. Communicate clearly, solve problems effectively, and keep the customer at the center. Are detail-oriented, adaptable, curious, and willing to learn how global business works.
