Role Overview

We are seeking fluent Spanish speakers to join our active talent community. This generic posting is designed to capture high-performing talent across three core business tracks. During your application, please indicate your primary area of expertise:
  • Track 1: Customer Service & Support: Deliver world-class, omnichannel support (phone, email, live chat) to our Spanish-speaking clientele. Resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and identify account upselling opportunities.

  • Track 2: Corporate Finance & Accounting: Manage accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR), ledger maintenance, and financial reconciliations for Spanish-speaking corporate entities and regional vendors.

  • Track 3: Human Resources & Operations: Oversee regional employee relations, lifecycle administration, talent acquisition coordination, and localized labor law compliance for Spanish-speaking markets.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Language: Native or professional fluency (C1/C2 level) in written and spoken Spanish, with strong working proficiency in English.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of corporate experience in Customer Service, Finance/Accounting, or Human Resources.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with domain-specific tools (e.g., Zendesk, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Salesforce) is a major plus.

  • Core Competencies: Strong cross-cultural communication skills, organizational ability, and a collaborative mindset.
