Multimedia Designer Intern | On-site Ortigas | Paid Internship
About the Role
We're looking for a Multimedia Designer Intern who can shoot, edit, and design content that actually stops the scroll — and looks sharp in a boardroom. At Staff Domain, we operate across two worlds: professional and creative. Our content has to work on LinkedIn and in a client pitch deck, on a social media ad and in an internal presentation.
This role sits inside our marketing team and touches everything — social media, paid ads, client-facing materials, and internal communications. If you've got an eye for good design, love being behind (and in front of) a camera, and know your way around Adobe Suite, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Video Production
• Shoot and edit short-form video content for social media (Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Produce video ads and campaign content aligned to briefs from the marketing team.
• Handle basic on-location or in-office shoots — lighting, framing, and audio setup included.
• Edit footage using Premiere Pro or After Effects — cuts, captions, motion graphics, the works.
Graphic Design
• Design client-facing materials — decks, one-pagers, proposals, and sales collateral.
• Create social media graphics, ad creatives, and campaign visuals across formats.
• Support internal comms with designed presentations and branded templates.
• Maintain visual consistency with Staff Domain's brand guidelines across all output.
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
• Currently studying Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Communications, Film, or a related field (2nd year and above).
• Proficient in Adobe Suite — at minimum: Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Hands-on video shooting and editing experience — show us your work, not just your grades.
• Strong eye for composition, colour, and typography.
• Understands the difference between content that works on social vs. content that works in a client presentation — and can execute both.
• Comfortable working to briefs and deadlines without needing to be micromanaged.
Nice to Have
• Experience with After Effects or motion graphics.
• Has run or contributed to a brand's social media account.
• Any experience with paid ad creative (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
What You'll Get
• A real portfolio of work — not mock projects, actual live content.
• Mentorship from the marketing team with exposure to strategy, not just execution.
• Experience creating content across multiple formats and audiences.
• A fast-moving environment where good work gets noticed.
Our Values — A.S.C.E.N.T.
