N8N Automation Specialist, Entry Level, Part-time

Job Description:

  • Develop n8n workflows and administer monday.com, including its APIs
  • Connect OpenAI/AI agents, Gmail/Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Online
  • Write JavaScript and/or Python
  • Manage databases and handle webhooks and authentication
  • Perform error logging, system monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Manage outside developers and run technology projects
  • Document procedures, test workflows, and train internal users
  • Continuously optimize workflows and improve processes

Requirements:

  • Experience with APIs, webhooks, and database authentication
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and/or Python
  • Ability to handle error logging, system monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Experience managing outside developers and running technology projects
  • Experience with continuous process improvement
  • Ability to document procedures, test workflows, and train internal users
  • Availability part-time from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM CST
  • USB headset with noise cancellation
  • Working webcam
  • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
  • Main internet service with at least 25 Mbps cable connection
  • Backup internet service with at least 10 Mbps speed
  • Knowledge of n8n and monday.com
