(Night Shift) Virtual Assistant Wanted! Long-Term Steady 40 Hours / Week! COMPUTER SKILLS!

We are a USA based company but you'll mostly be working with other VAs as part of our "online operations" team. They are from the Philippines. This is a stable full-time position. We have VAs that have been with us for years!

Hours are absolutely non-negotiable, so the most important thing is to be sure you can do it:

- Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts (40 hours / week)

- 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Eastern Time). That is currently 8 PM to 4 AM Philippines Time, part of the year it's 9 PM to 5 AM.

- Very occasionally if you must miss work, then you may make up the time later such as for an emergency that came up, sickness, etc. After you have been here a while you are allowed to work overtime, over 40 hours. It is not mandatory though.

AGAIN, THE SCHEDULE IS NON-NEGOTIABLE... IF YOU CAN NOT STAY AWAKE AND BE MOTIVATED DURING NIGHT SHIFT PLEASE DON'T APPLY...

The ideal candidate must have experience with:

- Google Sheets (Basic formula, VLOOKUP, Find and Replace & Sorting) ; Excel knowledge is okay but we use Sheets so that it's easy to share with other staff in our Drive.

- Fast Typing Speed 60+ WPM Minimum.

- High Speed Internet + Have A Backup Internet For Brown Outs Or Can Show Coffee Shop With Wifi Nearby.

Job Details:

The tasks will vary so you must be willing to do anything that is needed as we are a small business that is growing fast; however, the work will mostly consist of copying (or scraping) product listings from wholesaler websites into Sheets. These items then need changed to our specific format (product name, description, price, link, and saving images with associated numbers). We use a .csv Format to upload products into our inventory system and sometimes the source data is way different than how we need it to be, that is why Sheets experience is a must for efficiency.

We will train you how to translate from source format to our format (how our customers see it). Other work will be general VA work also mostly centered around our inventory systems. We use AI but you can not just copy and paste everything into Chatgpt, I expect your application to be "human enough". The first thing in your cover letter should be the letter "Z" to show you read this description. Please tell us about your prior work experience especially in these areas: Data Entry, Customer Support (Email/Chat), Web Research, Ordering Product.
