About Us

CargoBoss Philippines is a China-to-Philippines freight forwarding company serving thousands of local entrepreneurs.

Work Schedule

  • Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PH Time)
  • Mid Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (PH Time)
Candidates must be willing to work either shift, as assigned.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & other channels
  • Guide users through the import and shipping process
  • Accurately provide quotations, timelines, and package-related information
  • Promote CargoBoss services to potential customers
  • Communicate clearly and professionally at all times
  • Work with speed, accuracy, and accountability
Qualifications
  • At least Senior High School Graduate
  • Laptop + reliable internet connection
  • Fast typing skills (min. 50 WPM)
  • Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail
  • Can follow instructions and workflows correctly
  • Quiet, reliable home work environment
  • Must be able to work independently and deliver results — not just “pass time” online
Preferred (Not Required but a BIG Advantage)
  • Experience with importing or Alibaba
  • Experience in logistics / freight forwarding / e-commerce
  • Familiarity with rates, CBM, or tracking processes
