Role Summary The Technical Support Representative will assist customers with technical concerns related to software, hardware, internet connectivity, and service issues. You will provide step-by-step troubleshooting, resolve technical problems, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

What You Will Do Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email

Provide technical troubleshooting for software, hardware, and connectivity issues

Guide customers through step-by-step solutions in a clear and simple manner

Resolve service-related and technical concerns efficiently

Document all issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately in the system

Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary

Maintain high-quality customer service in every interaction

Qualifications High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)

Must have at least 3 months of BPO or call center experience
