About the Role

This role will closely work with the Monetization Product and Global Education teams to help create educational and troubleshooting content for our external customers. The ability to prioritize effectively, work autonomously, and create compelling content are key skills for this role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work on a range of content tasks for Social Media platform for Business's Help Center, including authoring, editing, and publishing articles
  • Manage content requests as they come in, including scoping & prioritizing work
  • Drive reviews with SMEs, legal, and PR stakeholders and provide timely updates
  • Familiarize and gain mastery of the content style guide, best practices, and CMS required to do the task
  • Conduct regular QA and content audit tasks
  • Send localization requests and ensure they come within ETAs
  • Provide regular feedback and evaluation of AI model Q&A responses
  • Work with AI tools to facilitate content creation and editing

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience working in technical content roles and software environments.
  • Experience writing public-facing product support content.
  • Written and spoken communication skills.
  • C2 level English skills, CMS skills, project management skills, team player.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional writing, designing, & content strategy experience.
  • A portfolio with writing, video, GIF, infographics, UX samples & content strategy work.
  • Familiarity with paid social media marketing, eCommerce, and digital advertising.
  • Experience working with ad platforms or other advertising products.
  • Experience in CMS troubleshooting.
  • Experience with prompt engineering or working with LLMs on content-related tasks.
  • Ability to pivot to changing requirements rapidly.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, provide status, take feedback from various stakeholders across different departments.
  • Ability to take/ask for feedback and integrate proactively to make continuous improvements.
  • Ability to own work and be a team player.
  • Experience working with clips in a sales role.
