NOW HIRING | Credentialing & Contract Processing Specialist

Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite per Week (Makati, SM North EDSA, Bridgetowne, or Alabang)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Credentialing & Contract Processing Specialist to support credentialing, contract processing, legal documentation, and administrative operations.

In this role, you will manage credentialing requirements, monitor expiring documents, support contract processing, and ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and processed within established timelines. You will work closely with internal teams, candidates, employees, and other stakeholders to maintain an efficient and compliant workflow.

This position is ideal for an administrative professional who is detail-oriented, comfortable handling confidential information, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Credentialing Operations

  • Manage the end-to-end credentialing process, including document collection, review, validation, and tracking.
  • Monitor expiring credentials and ensure timely renewal and completion of requirements.
  • Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established standards.
  • Maintain accurate credentialing records, trackers, and internal systems.
  • Follow up with candidates, employees, and stakeholders regarding outstanding requirements.

Contract & Legal Processing

  • Support contract processing, including document preparation, review, routing, and tracking.
  • Assist with legal documentation and ensure required documents are properly completed.
  • Monitor contract-related deadlines and follow up on pending requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve credentialing, documentation, and contract-related issues.

Administrative Operations

  • Manage high-volume administrative tasks while meeting required turnaround times.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records in internal systems and trackers.
  • Ensure documentation is processed according to established procedures and quality standards.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Provide timely updates and administrative support to internal teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of administrative experience with preference in credentialing, expiring document processing, legal processing, contract processing, or a similar administrative function.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong documentation and data management skills.
  • Comfortable working with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
