NS Functional Consultant/Administrator

Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Part-Time Role Overview: We are seeking a NetSuite Functional Consultant with strong NetSuite Administration and Finance Systems expertise to support our US public company operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of accounting and finance processes, NetSuite administration, SOX controls, data migration, and enterprise application support, including Coupa and other integrated platforms. What You’ll Be Doing: - Gather and document business requirements from Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Operations teams. - Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions. - Drive continuous process improvements across finance operations. - Configure and support: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition, ARM (Advanced Revenue Management), Multi-Book Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Period Close Processes. - Manage roles, permissions, and security controls. - Configure workflows, forms, records, saved searches, reports, and dashboards. - Maintain audit-compliant user access processes. - Support system releases and enhancements. - Partner with Finance, Internal Audit, and IT teams to ensure SOX compliance. - Support control documentation and testing. - Design and maintain approval workflows and business process controls. - Ensure compliance with change management procedures. - Lead data migration activities during implementations and acquisitions. - Perform data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation. - Support testing, UAT, and production deployment activities. - Provide functional support for Coupa and other integrated business applications. - Troubleshoot transaction and integration issues. - Support Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report processes What You’ll Need: - 5+ years of NetSuite functional consulting experience. - Strong NetSuite Administration experience. - Deep understanding of Accounting and Finance processes. - Hands-on experience with ARM and Multi-Book Accounting. - Experience supporting a US public company. - Strong SOX compliance and audit support experience. - Experience with NetSuite data migration projects. - Experience supporting Coupa integrations and procurement processes. What Will Set You Apart: - NetSuite Administrator Certification. - NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification. - CPA, CMA, or Accounting background. - Experience with acquisition integrations and ERP transformation projects.
