Nurse Virtual Assistant (Onsite | Night Shift)

Location: JDN Square IT Center, P. Remedio St. Mandaue Cebu City

Schedule: Full-Time | Graveyard Shift (US Hours)

Work Setup: 100% Onsite

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Nurse Virtual Assistant to support our US-based healthcare clients. This role is ideal for licensed nurses or healthcare professionals with strong administrative, communication, and patient coordination skills who are looking to build a long-term career in the virtual assistance industry.

As a Nurse VA, you will work directly with healthcare providers, clinics, and medical practices in the United States, assisting with patient communication, scheduling, documentation, and other healthcare-related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage patient scheduling and appointment coordination
  • Handle inbound and outbound patient calls
  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
  • Assist with patient intake and medical records management
  • Maintain accurate patient information in EMR/EHR systems
  • Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and follow-up appointments
  • Document patient interactions and update records accordingly
  • Assist with medication refill requests and patient inquiries
  • Support healthcare providers with administrative and clerical tasks
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and client-specific policies
Qualifications Required:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred
  • Nursing graduate with active PRC license or healthcare-related experience
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
  • Willing to work permanent graveyard shifts aligned with US business hours
