We are seeking an experienced OnlyFans Chat Manager

Qualifications

1–2+ years of OnlyFans chatting experience, with a proven history of meeting sales and engagement targets. Some agencies specifically require prior supervisory experience.

Leadership experience, such as training, mentoring, or managing a team of chatters.

Excellent written English and the ability to coach others on communication, sales, and tone.

Strong sales knowledge, including PPV sales, upselling, subscriber retention, and customer engagement strategies.

Performance management, including monitoring KPIs such as revenue, conversion rate, response time, and quality assurance.

Scheduling and team coordination, ensuring chatters cover shifts and follow standard operating procedures.

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution to handle team issues and improve performance.
  • Technical proficiency with a laptop/desktop, stable internet connection, and familiarity with agency tools (such as CRM or chat management software, where applicable).
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability, since team leaders often have access to creator accounts and performance data.

Daily responsibilities include:

Supervising a team of chatters.

Reviewing chat quality and providing coaching.

Tracking daily sales and KPI reports.

Training new chatters.

Creating shift schedules.

Reporting team performance to agency managers.

Developing strategies to improve sales and subscriber retention.
