Office Manager - Contract Position (Visa Sponsorship Available) in US

Our growing company is seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team in the US

This is a contract position with a competitive salary of $1000 per week

We are open to sponsoring the visa for the right candidate

As an Office Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office including managing administrative tasks coordinating schedules and meetings and ensuring a smooth workflow for all employees

We are looking for someone with previous experience in office management and strong organizational skills

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure

You must also be proficient in computer skills specifically with Microsoft Office Suite

Previous experience working with international colleagues or clients is preferred

This position is suitable for men who have a passion for organization and leadership

As the Office Manager you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and success of our company

Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks such as answering phones scheduling appointments and maintaining office supplies
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments for team members
  • Ensure timely completion of projects by monitoring deadlines and providing support when necessary
  • Maintain organized filing systems and databases
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues clients and vendors
  • Oversee office budget and expenses
  • Train new employees on office procedures and policies

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in office management or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with international business practices preferred
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
