Online Arbitrage Product Sourcing Specialist
Job Description:
- Identify and fully vet profitable online arbitrage products for resale on Amazon US
- Use SellerAmp Advanced Search, reverse sourcing, and storefront sourcing
- Use Keepa to validate pricing, demand, and Buy Box history
- Prioritize quality of leads over raw volume and target approximately three fully vetted product opportunities per day once ramped
- Calculate buy cost, Amazon referral fees, FBA fees, net profit, and ROI
- Evaluate margins at normalized selling prices and projected ROI based on the 90-day average price
- Analyze sales rank trends, estimated monthly sales, seller count, seller additions, seller concentration, and Buy Box competition
- Interpret 90-day price history and identify temporary dips, unusual price movement, and pricing risk
- Review intellectual property risk, hazmat restrictions, category or brand gating, and ungating feasibility
- Log every vetted product in a shared Google Sheet with calculations, source links, demand, competition, Buy Box, pricing, and risk findings
- Clearly explain why each product is or is not recommended
- Provide task-specific remote services to a U.S.-based Amazon seller
- Work independently from defined sourcing criteria and deliver services professionally within agreed timelines
Requirements:
- Previous Amazon US online arbitrage sourcing experience required
- SellerAmp / SAS experience strongly preferred
- Keepa experience required
- Strong knowledge of FBA fees, referral fees, net profit, and ROI calculations
- Experience analyzing Buy Box behavior and seller competition
- Knowledge of IP risk, hazmat, and category/brand gating
- Amazon US marketplace experience required
- Google Sheets proficiency required
- Strong written English communication
- Experienced Amazon online arbitrage product sourcer
- Strong analytical and commercial judgment
- Comfortable rejecting weak leads rather than prioritizing volume
- Able to interpret Keepa graphs confidently
- Strong mathematical accuracy
- Detail-oriented with disciplined documentation habits
- Able to work independently from defined sourcing criteria
- Strong written communicator
- Proficiency in SellerAmp / SAS, Keepa, Google Sheets, Amazon US Marketplace, and research tools
- Availability for 30 contracted hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Ability to work 9:00 PM–3:00 AM PST, subject to mutually agreed scheduling
- Independent contractor arrangement under a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work
