Operations Assistant – Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop

Job Description:

  • Monitor Amazon listing health across the catalog and flag Buy Box loss, suppressed listings, content violations, and low inventory alerts
  • Support Amazon listing updates, including titles, bullets, descriptions, and images
  • Back up keyword research and backend search term work
  • Respond to Amazon customer messages within 24 hours
  • Manage the customer email inbox at support@augo
  • Handle Amazon Q&A responses
  • Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department head
  • Track recurring customer issues for upstream resolution
  • Support Shopify product information, imagery, promotions, and updates
  • Maintain the TikTok Shop backend
  • Coordinate consistent updates across platforms
  • Keep pricing accurate across Amazon US and international marketplaces, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other channels
  • Maintain pricing sheets in Google Sheets and roll out coordinated pricing changes
  • Perform basic image editing in Canva or Photoshop
  • Prepare listing images to platform specifications
  • Support A+ content and promotional graphics
  • Research suppliers on Alibaba and 1688
  • Build vendor comparison spreadsheets and coordinate sample tracking
  • Enter data into internal systems
  • Compile weekly cross-platform reports
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis for department heads
  • Flag process improvements and help refine SOPs

Requirements:

  • 1+ year direct hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience — non-negotiable
  • Experience monitoring or managing e-commerce listings
  • Prior customer service background
  • Comfortable managing tasks from multiple stakeholders
  • Near-native written English (9+/10 self-rating)
  • Amazon Seller Central proficiency
  • Customer service written communication
  • Google Workspace proficiency (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
  • Basic Canva or Photoshop
  • Detail-oriented, organized, comfortable multi-tasking
  • Reliable time zone overlap with US Eastern (3–4 hrs/day minimum)
  • Self-directed within clear priorities
  • Strong prioritization judgment
  • Proactive communication and early blocker escalation
  • Ability to handle pressure well
