What You’ll Do:

  • Investigate, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve platform and technical issues reported by learners, trainers, or internal teams.
  • Troubleshoot lesson access, scheduling, tools, and system errors.
  • Monitor platform performance and proactively prevent disruptions.
  • Collaborate with IT, Product, and Learning teams to solve complex cases.
  • Serve as the first line of support for critical incidents and after-hours issues.
  • Document findings and help improve processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome!
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; you enjoy digging into issues and finding solutions.
  • Experience with support tools, ticketing systems, or monitoring dashboards is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and digital tools.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and take ownership of tasks.
  • Flexible to work across time zones or provide off-hour support when needed.
  • Open to on-site work at Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City.
