Location: Offshore (Remote)

Work Hours: Must be available to work US business hours

Project: Oracle CCS Implementation for a Public Sector Utility

Reporting To: Solution Architect

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Oracle CCS (Customer Care & Billing / CC&B) Designer & Developer to join a high-impact implementation project for a public sector utility. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and leading technical solutions within the Oracle CCS platform while working closely with Solution Architects, functional consultants, and US-based stakeholders. You will provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and ensure solutions align with Oracle best practices.

What You'll Do

· Lead the design and development of technical solutions within the Oracle CCS / CC&B platform.

· Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical designs.

· Configure and customize key CCS components, including:

· Business Objects (BOs)

· Business Services (BSs)

· Algorithms

· UI Maps and Service Scripts

· Maintenance Objects, Zones, Portals, and Batch Processes

· Design and develop integrations using APIs, web services, and batch processes.

· Conduct technical design reviews and code reviews.

· Mentor junior developers and establish development standards.

· Perform unit testing and support system, integration, and user acceptance testing.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and production defects.

· Collaborate with the Solution Architect and functional teams on solution design and delivery.

· Contribute to technical documentation and ensure adherence to Oracle development best practices.

What We're Looking For

· 7+ years of Oracle CCS / CC&B design and development experience.

· Strong experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).

· Proficiency in Java, SQL, PL/SQL, XML, and SOAP/REST web services.

· Hands-on experience developing Business Objects, Business Services, Algorithms, UI Maps, Service Scripts, and Batch Processes.

· Experience leading technical design and mentoring development teams.

· Understanding of utility industry processes including customer service, billing, payments, and meter-to-cash.

· Experience with at least two full lifecycle Oracle CCS/CC&B implementation projects.

Nice to Have

· Experience with public sector or government utility clients.

· Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

· Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM) integration experience.

· Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) experience.

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
