PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING

This is a high-volume B2B cold-calling and appointment-setting role.

You must have proven experience in:

  • Sourcing and researching your own B2B leads
  • Identifying suitable prospective businesses
  • Finding the correct decision-maker
  • Making outbound cold calls
  • Booking qualified appointments with business decision-makers

This is not a role where you will simply be provided with a ready-made list of leads to call.

You will be expected to proactively research and build your own prospect database, identify suitable businesses within agreed sectors and geographical areas, find the appropriate contact and then make the initial outbound approach.

This role is not suitable for candidates whose experience is mainly customer service, inbound sales, retail sales or account management.

We are looking for experienced appointment setters who are confident sourcing new business opportunities, picking up the telephone and consistently working towards daily and weekly targets.

About Green Machine SW Ltd

Green Machine SW Ltd is a growing, family-owned commercial cleaning and facilities services business providing services to organisations across the UK.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for experienced Outbound B2B Appointment Setters to join our Sales Development Team.

Our appointment setters play an important role in our growth by identifying new prospective customers and booking qualified site-survey appointments for our sales team.

The Role

Your primary responsibility will be to source your own prospective B2B leads, identify the relevant decision-maker and make outbound cold calls to secure qualified appointments for free site surveys.

You will research businesses within agreed sectors and geographical areas and develop your own pipeline of suitable prospects.

You will be expected to make approximately 80 outbound calls per day and consistently work towards weekly appointment-setting targets.

You will speak with business owners and senior decision-makers including Practice Managers, Facilities Managers, Operations Managers, Business Managers and other key contacts.

This is a target-driven role and requires someone who is proactive, confident, resilient and comfortable both researching prospects and making a high volume of cold calls every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and research your own B2B leads and prospective customers
  • Identify suitable businesses within agreed sectors and geographical areas
  • Research and find the appropriate business decision-maker

  • Ask effective qualifying questions to identify genuine opportunities
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently
  • Follow up previous conversations and nurture potential prospects
  • Maintain accurate records within our CRM system
  • Achieve individual daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
  • Work closely with our wider sales team to support continued business growth

  • A proven track record of achieving sales KPIs and targets
