Outbound Cold Calling Setter (Remote) — GoHighLevel CRM | $800/mo Base + Bonuses

LeadGen Dev is a digital marketing and web development agency helping local businesses grow through outbound lead generation, custom websites, and marketing automation. We're looking for a driven, full-time Setter to join our sales team and help us book qualified appointments through outbound cold calling.

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound cold calls daily using our provided dialer and CRM (GoHighLevel)
  • Hit a daily KPI of 100 calls, with a monthly target of 40 appointments booked
  • Follow our custom research and prospecting techniques to identify and qualify leads
  • Log every call, disposition, and outcome accurately in GoHighLevel
  • Work closely with our closers to hand off booked appointments smoothly
  • Continuously improve your pitch and objection handling based on call feedback

What We're Looking For

  • A true hustler — someone hungry, coachable, and consistent
  • Prior cold calling, telesales, or appointment-setting experience preferred
  • Clear, confident English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable with high call volume and daily KPIs
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet space to make calls
  • Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs is a plus

Schedule

Full-time. You'll work one of the following shifts based on the best fit for you:

  • EST business hours
  • AUS business hours
  • Middle East business hours

Compensation

  • Base: $800 USD/month
  • $50 USD for every booked appointment that shows up
  • 5% commission on every closed deal
  • Uncapped earning potential based on performance
