About the Role

We're looking for Experienced Outbound Phone Sales Representatives to join our high-performing remote sales team.

In this role, you'll engage with warm U.S. prospects, understand their skincare needs, overcome objections, and confidently guide them toward the right product recommendations. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, resilience, and a passion for sales.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Cold Callers, SDRs, Appointment Setters, Inside Sales Representatives, and Closers looking to maximize their earning potential.

What You'll Do

  • Make 170โ€“300 outbound calls per day to prospective and existing customers
  • Build rapport and identify customer needs through effective discovery
  • Present premium skincare solutions tailored to each customer
  • Handle objections confidently and close sales
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture leads
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and customer notes
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to continuously improve performance
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of outbound phone sales experience
  • Experience in Cold Calling, SDR, Appointment Setting, End-to-End Sales, or Closing
  • Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills
  • Strong objection-handling and closing abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven sales environment
  • Coachable, competitive, and highly motivated
  • Reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and quiet workspace
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in DTC, e-commerce, skincare, beauty, wellness, or consumer products
  • CRM experience
  • Sales or customer service training is an advantage
Schedule
  • Full-Time Remote
  • 10โ€“12 hours per day
  • 6 days per week
  • U.S. Eastern Time (Required)
Compensation & Earning Potential๐ŸŽ“ Certification & Orientation Bonus After successfully completing our recruitment process, you'll begin our Certification & Orientation Program.

You'll receive a $150 USD Certification Bonus upon successfully completing all required training sessions.

Please Note: The Certification Bonus is contingent upon full attendance, active participation, and successful completion of the certification program. Failure to meet these requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Commission-Only Compensation

Following certification, you'll transition into a commission-only sales role where your earnings are directly tied to your performance.

There is no cap on your earning potential.

Commission StructureGenerate $5,000+ in weekly revenue:

  • 15% on Subscription Sales
  • 10% on One-Time Purchase Sales
  • 5% on Free Trial Sales
Generate less than $5,000 in weekly revenue:
  • 8% of total weekly revenue
  • PLUS $25 for every $1,000 in revenue generated
Example Earnings The average order value is approximately $1,000 . Generating just two sales per week could produce approximately $2,000 in weekly revenue, resulting in estimated weekly commissions of around $185 under the current commission structure.

Top-performing representatives consistently generate substantially higher weekly revenue and significantly higher commission earnings.
