Paid Ads Specialist/Media Buyer - Remote

Job Description:

As a Media Buyer, your responsibilities will encompass strategic media buying, campaign optimisation, budget management, and performance analysis. By leveraging your expertise, you will contribute to the success of our advertising campaigns while driving growth for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Campaign Development: Plan and execute multi-channel advertising campaigns that target specific audience segments, digital ads, and content marketing to raise brand awareness and drive conversions.
  • Data-Driven Campaign Optimisation and Strategic Media Buying: Track and analyse campaign performance using various metrics and leverage insights to refine strategies and maximize results continually. Conduct A/B testing and make adjustments as needed.
  • Monitoring Advertising Budgets, Managing Budgets and Bid Strategies: Ensure optimal allocation of resources and manage budgets and bid strategies. Develop media buying strategies, analyse options, optimise budgets, and monitor ad performance.
  • Researching and Evaluating Market Data: Identify target audiences and research digital habits of target demographics to inform campaign strategies.
  • Developing and Executing Paid Media Strategies: Create, implement, and manage paid media strategies and campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Performance Analysis: Generate and analyse reports on campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Adherence to Internal Reporting Processes: Maintain accurate and timely reporting within the internal team.
  • Handling Multiple Campaigns: Work with tight deadlines, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Keep updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in paid media.

  • Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of paid media campaigns.
  • Maximise ROI, generate qualified leads, and ensure cost-effectiveness of advertising spend.
  • Increase brand awareness and visibility in the marketplace.
  • Improve website and social media traffic, driving higher engagement, conversions, and quality leads.
  • Enhance customer acquisition and retention through targeted paid media strategies.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in paid media, managing campaigns across multiple platforms with experience in Facebook Ads, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong understanding of GA4, including the ability to set up UTMs and analyse attribution
  • Experience working with GA4 > 6 months.
  • Experience with A/B testing and refinement of adverts > 3 years.
  • Detailed reporting from Google Ads > 3 years.
  • Setting up Google Merchant Campaigns > 2 years.
  • Experience tracing back attribution.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills to effectively manage campaigns and collaborate with the team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively managing priorities, attending meetings, and adhering to deadlines.
  • Comfortable with experimentation and testing, with a proactive approach to campaign optimization.
