Your Role:

As a Recruitment Intern, you’ll support our HR team in various key functions:
  • Source, Screen, and Assist in initial candidate interviews to identify qualified candidates for hiring managers
  • Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with current candidate information
  • Prepare candidate materials, including formatting resumes and job descriptions
  • Post job openings on various job portals
  • Assist with background investigation processing and employee referral program (ERP)
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Willing to render 500-600 hours
  • Is able to provide a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)
  • Amenable to work in a Hybrid setup (2-3x a week onsite)
